Lids, knobs and handles are all oven safe, even under the grill. This keeps them cool, and because they are oven safe, your cooking options are limited only by your imagination. For roasting with a gas flame, and for gastronomic use, high-grade 18/10 steel handles are available.
LOOK Cookware is fitted with handles supplied by leading European manufacturers. Most handles are made from phenolic resins which are recyclable.
Lids are either made from heat-tempered glass or aluminium, and are hence fully recyclable. All glass lids are see-thru and have an easy on/off steam release.
