Use & Care

Preparation for first use:
Wash in hot soapy water. Dry well and lightly coat the interior with cooking oil.

 

Regular use:
Warm up at medium temperature for few minutes. The thick base ensures even heat distribution,
allowing you to cook at lower heat settings than normally saving you considerable energy costs.
Overheating will not be covered under warranty

 

Cleaning:
Clean in hot water using a few drops of dish cleaning soap, dry and store. The use of automatic
dishwashers is not recommended. Never use the cookware for food storage as acidic foods may
stain and corrode the surface. In case of accidental burning of food or fatty substances, boil some water and detergent in the pan ,let it simmer for 15 minutes, then rinse and scrub.You can then clean it in the normal way.

 

Utensils:
The use of wooden or plastic utensils is recommended. Sharp metal utensils may damage the coating.
